Acceptance & Peer Review

Within 3–4 days of receiving your proposal, abstract, or full paper, we will email you a notification of acceptance or rejection.

All accepted papers and abstracts undergo a double-blind peer review and will be published in our online conference proceedings.

Style Guidelines

Abstract Proposals: Submissions should include name, institute affiliation, mailing address, and email for all authors.

Full Papers: Microsoft Word-compatible, 8.5 x 11-inch paper, single-spaced (10pt), 1-inch margins, left-justified. There is no page limitation. Must include:

  • Paper title
  • Author details (Name, Affiliation, Email)
  • Abstract & Keywords
  • Introduction & Body
  • Tables/Figures (in position)
  • Conclusion & References
  • Author Bio (max 100 words)
